Cancellation Policy /Terms and Conditions

1. Individual Bookings

• Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

• No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend the tour without prior notice will result in no refund.

2. Group Bookings (10 or more participants)

• Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable.

• No-Shows:

  • Failure of the group to attend the tour without prior notice will result in no refund.

3. General Terms and Conditions

• Modification of Bookings:

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

• Force Majeure:

  • Cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• Third-Party Services:

  • Services booked through third-party providers may have separate cancellation policies.

• Policy Amendments:

  • Falcon Tours Qatar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

 

 Health and Safety Guidelines

• Participation Restrictions:

  • Individuals with back or neck pain are advised against participating in off-road

  • Pregnant women and children under 3 years old are generally advised against participating in off-road activities.

• Camel Rides:

  • Children under 13 years old are not permitted to ride camels alone.

• Quad Bike Rides:

  • Children under 18 years old are not allowed to ride quad bikes alone.

Insurance Coverage

• Falcon Tours' insurance covers travelers only while they are in the vehicle during travel.

• Activities such as camel rides, quad biking, swimming and sandboarding are not covered by Falcon Tours' insurance.

Recommendations

• It is highly recommended that participants obtain international travel insurance that covers medical expenses and activities not included in Falcon Tours' insurance coverage.

• Documentation: Ensure you have your passport or Qatar residency ID with you to facilitate the rental agreement process for quad bikes and buggy rides.
